📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the Workday system, including user setup, access management, and system updates.
• Develop and implement HR processes and workflows within Workday to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify system requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Train and mentor HR staff on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday processes and procedures.
• Support the implementation of Workday integrations with other HR and business systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5-7 years of experience in Workday administration and HRIS implementation.
• Certified Workday Professional (CWP) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
