📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Using welding and machining equipment such as MIG, TIG, and plasma cutters.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems.
• Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fitter or similar role.
• Proven experience in welding, machining, and fabrication.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
• Valid welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
