In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, providing expert advice to customers, and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience. Our showroom is located in the heart of Jakarta, making it an ideal location for you to showcase MINI's innovative and stylish vehicles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best MINI vehicles and accessories.
• Provide expert knowledge about MINI's features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
• Assist customers with test drives and demonstrate the vehicles' capabilities.
• Process sales and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using our in-house CRM system.
• Participate in sales promotions, events, and training sessions to enhance your sales skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the luxury or premium segment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent knowledge of MINI vehicles, their features, and competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with automotive finance and insurance products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Valid SIM A and driving license.
