📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with reservations and check-ins, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including decorating and arranging seating.
- Promote Finns Beach Club services and amenities to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service are met.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a beach club or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
