• Develop and maintain sophisticated analytics models to predict demand, optimize pricing, and improve resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes, ensuring data is leveraged effectively across all departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in hospitality analytics, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality analytics, with a strong background in data modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence.
• Proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives that have significantly improved operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Certifications in hospitality management or data science are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
