📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Train and mentor new employees to maintain high standards of service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the regional office to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
