As a Cold Storage & Logistics Supervisor at MGM Bosco, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our suppliers and customers to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and temperature monitoring systems, which you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and support as needed
• Maintain and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and temperature monitoring systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cold storage and logistics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold storage and logistics, with a focus on warehouse operations
• Certification in warehouse management (e.g., APICS Certified in Supply Chain Operations, CWI Certified Warehouse Professional)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and temperature monitoring systems
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in cold storage and logistics
• Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed
