📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement transmigration programs that promote regional development and social cohesion.
• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for transmigration initiatives.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local communities, and non-profit organizations to ensure successful program execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of transmigration programs to inform future strategies.
• Represent the Regional Development Agency of Bangka Belitung at national and international forums to advocate for transmigration policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Transmigration Division team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all transmigration activities.
• Represent the agency in community engagement activities to build trust and understanding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regional development, transmigration, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian transmigration policies and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
