• Oversee the daily operations of franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address issues, and provide support to franchisees.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote franchise opportunities and attract new partners.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise operations, retail management, or a similar role in the eye care industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in franchise operations or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the eye care industry and understanding of patient care standards.
