📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Utilize recruitment software such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment software and tools, such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
