📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure the quality and reliability of our telecommunication infrastructure.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunication equipment, including base stations, repeaters, and fiber optics.
• Monitor and manage network performance using tools like NetMon and Wireshark.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on site visits and maintenance activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations or a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
• Certification in telecommunications technologies, such as RF Engineering or Fiber Optics, is a plus.
• Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and mobile data terminals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
