📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute integrated media campaigns across Brand TRI and Digital Distribution channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and MediaMind.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
• Manage budgets and ensure optimal spend allocation.
• Report on campaign performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on digital and traditional media.
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Certification in Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
