As an Accounting & Finance Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our financial strategy, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with our team to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis, all while leveraging tools like QuickBooks and Excel. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the F&B sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets for various departments, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Support the finance team in managing vendor payments and invoicing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
