📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and coordinate the work of all site personnel, including supervisors and workers.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and maintain site equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance and productivity.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage site budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing operations.,Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
