We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia Operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our semiconductor equipment and metrology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical service management and a passion for innovation in the semiconductor industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of semiconductor equipment and metrology systems.,Manage a team of technical service engineers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of equipment and systems.,Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.,Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.,Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored service solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Services, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment and metrology systems.,Proven track record of managing technical service teams and improving service performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local language is a plus.,Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
