Erajaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Acquisition Manager to join our Active Lifestyle Division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing high-quality retail sites for our expanding portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Erajaya's retail business and to work with a dynamic and talented team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential retail sites for acquisition, ensuring they meet the criteria of our Active Lifestyle Division.,Negotiate and finalize site acquisition agreements with site owners, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Conduct due diligence on potential sites, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and financial evaluations.,Manage and coordinate the site acquisition process, including coordination with legal, financial, and operational teams.,Develop and maintain relationships with site owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new acquisition opportunities.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to the executive team and board of directors.,Ensure all site acquisitions align with Erajaya's strategic objectives and business plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, retail development, or a similar role in the real estate industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate market and regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
