Fast Seed Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pandeglang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and federal laws.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales, expenses, and payroll.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as local and federal laws.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
