VEGA Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with your team and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with remote management tools and software.
