📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for store visits and meetings.
