📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee production processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in supplier meetings and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and production coordination in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and production processes, including inventory management and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using procurement and production management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
