📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Create and manage SEO content calendars and distribute SEO content across owned, earned, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt and improve SEO strategies.
  • Lead and mentor junior SEO specialists to ensure the team's continuous growth and development.
  • Report on SEO performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
