CV Putra Rahayu is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage internal audit activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular audits of financial and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.,Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Develop and implement internal control systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide guidance and support to audit staff to ensure the successful completion of audit assignments.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal audit activities to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of audit findings and recommendations.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
