📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Ensure the cashiering area is clean and organized at all times.,Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally and fairly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling software and systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
