Rejeki Gita Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and consistency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using management software and tools.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
