📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor and client information.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.,Handle general administrative tasks as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic IT systems and troubleshooting skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
