Up Net Berjaya is seeking a talented Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution network, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and route optimization.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting established service level agreements.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align distribution strategies with business objectives.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.,Provide regular reports and updates on distribution performance to management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles, practices, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
