📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.,Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.,Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and activities to support company culture and morale.,Handle administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and record-keeping.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Assist in the preparation of monthly reports on office operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Affairs or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
