📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Deliver high-quality services and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and project progress.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
