Assistant Cook

Local Web Group is a dynamic and growing company located in Cipayung, Jakarta. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Cook to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp 5.000.000 to Rp 8.000.000 per month.

As an Assistant Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our food services meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook meals, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and assist in other culinary tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Prepare food ingredients and ensure they are stored properly.
• Assist in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English language.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
