📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees,Coordinate with managers to ensure training needs are met,Maintain training records and reports,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices,Assist in the development of new training initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Excellent organizational and time management skills
