📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control various risk processes within the organization,Identify and assess potential risks to the organization,Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines,Provide regular reports and updates on risk management activities,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management,Provide training and support to other staff members on risk management topics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field,Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices,Proficiency in risk assessment tools and techniques,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with financial regulations and guidelines
