📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Negotiate job offers and onboarding processes.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.,Participate in employee retention initiatives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
