📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as prescribed by the physician.,Monitor and report any changes in a patient's condition to the healthcare team.,Promote a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols.,Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.
