You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, project managers, and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, project managers, and customers.
• Ensure seamless project execution from quotation to mass production, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and experience in working with key accounts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
