Food Village Sentosa is seeking a talented Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving growth for our company. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We are looking for someone who is passionate about business development and has a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Manage and track business development initiatives, including sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business development strategies.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.,Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software, such as CRM systems and sales tracking software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
