📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
