🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a baking team.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Experience with local and traditional Balinese ingredients.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
