Bit Gold Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial to ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Oversee fuel management and ensure optimal fuel efficiency.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.,Handle fleet documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the fleet operations.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless transportation of goods.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
