As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.,Handle refunds, exchanges, and customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist with inventory management and ensure that the clinic has adequate supplies and products.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
