📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel,Plan and execute voyages according to schedule and safety regulations,Maintain and manage crew performance and morale,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations,Manage vessel maintenance and repairs,Handle emergency situations and ensure crew safety,Communicate effectively with the shore base and other crew members,Monitor and report vessel performance and fuel consumption

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited Tonnage),Good knowledge of maritime laws and regulations,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repairs,Experience in emergency management and crisis response
